JACA, Spain, Feb. 19 (UPI) — Police in Spain apologized for using “highly erotic” YouTube videos in a training course for life-saving first aid techniques.Police officials in the Aragon region apologized to any training course participants offended by the videos, which featured women in lingerie demonstrating the proper technique for cardiopulmonary resuscitation, or CPR, TheLocal.es reported Wednesday.A second video, demonstrating the Heimlich maneuver, depicted a man and a woman in close contact viewed by some participants as sexual in nature, online newspaper El Publico reported.

Participants who complained about the videos — shown during the course at police headquarters in Jaca — said they had been warned the content would feature women in underwear, but they had expected the attire to be related to some sort of post-accident scenario instead of the “highly erotic” content in the videos, El Publico said.

Police officials quoted by local daily Heraldo de Aragon said the videos will not be used in future courses.

“We apologize for showing these videos, which were inappropriate,” the officials were quoted as saying. “The videos won’t be used again.”
